Working remotely is becoming a growing trend and it’s not hard to see why. Work wherever you want, save a lot of time and money on commuting, and in many cases, set your own hours and working environment. Ergonomics is concerned with your work environment, systems, and physical products and how they affect your health. The ideas, topics, and suggestions in this website are based on my own experiences as well as numerous conversations with other digital nomads who enjoy working from various locations around the world.
